has achieved accreditation to the new ISO9001:2000 standard in September 2005. Our Quality Management System is audited bi-annually by an external assessor to ensure our continued accreditation. Our Quality Officer, also internally audits all procedures on a regular basis to ensure their continued suitability and effectiveness.
Our Quality Policy gives a clear commitment to document, implement, monitor and continuously improve the various processes within the company. Vedior Luxembourg has a management structure in place with clearly defined responsibility lines, which facilitates the definition and achievement of the company's quality objectives, as set out in our Quality System.
The above framework allows us to improve our effectiveness in:
- Supplying services which exceed customers' requirements and expectations.
- Promoting “best practice”, as reviewed and agreed by senior management, as part of our normal business processes.
- Providing an environment in which employees are given the opportunity to improve their skills and develop their career with the company, through regular appraisals and relevant training.
The new ISO standard promotes the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of a quality management system. A process-based QMS focuses on the following linked processes:

- Measurement, Analysis and Improvement
